Description

As part of the production team, you will be responsible for dressing and decorating equipment set up by the runners, and you will also support with the packing down of all the event equipment at various locations across the Southeast.

Duties

• Using event checklists, assigning equipment at lantana base for the event runner to load on to the van
  
• On arrival at the venue, be the first point of contact and liaise with the client
  
• Support event runner with pitching bell tents, stretch tents and marquee's
  
• Responsibility for decorating of bell tents, stretch tents and marquees, to Lantana's event specifications
  
• For larger events such as weddings and festivals, support production team with decorating gardens and party fields to Lantana's event specifications
  
• For bell tent parties, set up sleeping arrangements and make beds for sleepover parties
  
• Fix decorative equipment inside and outside of all structures
  
• Support with packing down equipment and leaving venue clean and tidy

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have fantastic communication skills, works hard and well within a team environment and have a creative background.
